Our little one is almost 10 months old! I can not hardly believe that she will be one in a couple months! Ahhh! Crazy!
Lucy loves getting into everything! You turn your back for a split second and she is in another room and getting into something! She recently found the cupboard with card games in it and loved playing Slap Jack with herself! :)
She also is quite interested in what is going on in the world and can often be found reading the most recent magazines! And then ripping and eating them.
Oh, she really makes life interesting, that is for sure!
Lucy is so funny lately. She laughs at everything! She is also super ticklish, and so it is easy to get her going.
She has been waving hi and bye for a while now, but she has finally learned how to clap. She claps at anything she finds interesting, which is just about everything!
My favorite thing is her first words! She says 'hi' when she waves and will say 'hello' and then put a toy to her ear. Apprently she thinks I talk on the phone too much (which I really don't!) or that everytime we put something to her ear we tell her to say 'hello' so that must be the thing to do! She is so silly!
Lucy is trying to be big and stand by herself. She will do it for a few seconds before realizing it. She doesn't like to walk, but we have been trying to get her to take a few steps. I think she figures she can get to things a lot faster if she crawls, so why bother with walking!
