This weekend Kat and Mom got to go to a Mommy & Me Picnic that the Achievement Day Leaders put on for us. It was a lot of fun! We dressed up and wore fancy hats! We had a little picnic with fabulous food that everyone brought. Then we played a rousing game of croquet! Mommy almost won, but got beat out by Sister Davis!
It was nice to spend time with just Kat and play around with the other girls and their moms.
Later that afternoon, we took the girls out to the pool for the first time this year. It was in the mid-90's all week, and has been getting warmer and warmer. However, it takes a while for the pool water to get warm. Kat and Em jumped right in and daddy helped Lucy feel the water and play for a minute. Mommy sat on a chair and enjoyed the day!
