Lucy's umbilical cord fell off on June 17 while giving her a sponge bath. I don't think it was quite ready to come off, but I kind of snagged it with her towel and it came off.
Her belly button was a little sore and bleeding for a few days, so we waited to give her a 'real' bath for a while. On June 23 we gave her a bath in the bathroom sink. She did not approve! :)
She screamed the whole time. She peed on her towel before I even got her in the bath. Then, she peed and pooped on her towel when I got her out! It was quite an adventure.
